Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on camegraphy.com are digital downloads, including but not limited to:
- Lightroom Presets
- LUTs
- Photoshop Actions
- Templates
- Overlays
- Digital photography tools
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The download fails repeatedly
- The customer accidentally purchases the same product twice
If any of these situations occur, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.
3. Technical Support
If you experience problems installing or using a product, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund.
We will gladly assist you with:

- compatibility questions

4. Incorrect Purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and compatibility before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- software incompatibility not listed in the product description
- lack of technical knowledge
- change of mind after purchase
