Digital Product License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of digital products purchased from Camegraphy via camegraphy.com.

By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product from Camegraphy, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product.

This license allows you to use the product for personal and commercial projects under the conditions listed below.

Ownership and copyright of all products remain with Camegraphy.

2. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

Use the presets, LUTs, templates, overlays, and digital assets in your personal projects
Use them in commercial photography or videography work for clients
Apply them to photos, videos, social media content, or commercial media

You may use the products without attribution.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell the product in any form
Redistribute or share the files with others
Upload the files to websites, marketplaces, or cloud sharing services
Include the product inside another digital product for resale
Claim the product as your own creation
Provide the product as part of a free download, bundle, or giveaway

Any attempt to distribute the product illegally is considered a violation of copyright law.

4. Anti-Piracy Protection

All digital products sold on Camegraphy are protected under international copyright laws.

We actively monitor:

file sharing websites
piracy platforms
unauthorized marketplaces

If illegal distribution is detected, we reserve the right to:

terminate your license immediately
suspend access to your account
pursue legal action where applicable

5. Commercial Use Limitation

You may use Camegraphy products in client work and commercial media, but you may not sell or distribute the original files themselves.

Example:

Allowed
✔ Using a LUT in a wedding video for a client

Not Allowed
✘ Selling the LUT as part of another preset pack

6. Intellectual Property

All products available on camegraphy.com remain the intellectual property of Camegraphy.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Unauthorized Distribution

Sharing or distributing the original files in any way, including through:

cloud storage sharing
torrent websites
digital marketplaces
forums or social media groups

is strictly prohibited.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

9. License Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any part of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product in your possession.
